Brookside Ambassadors

Brookside is looking for a few friendly volunteers to staff our new front desk!

Brookside Ambassadors are the public face of the museum.  They will greet visitors, handle museum store sales, assist with clerical tasks and help keep the public areas of the museum tidy.  Interested volunteers would need to be able to commit to 2 three hour shifts per week.

There will be an information/training session on Saturday March 7th from 10am – 12 pm at Brookside Museum, 6 Charlton Street, Ballston Spa, NY.

Program Assistants

Our popular educational programs bring hundreds of schoolchildren, teachers, parents, and community members to Brookside every year.  Volunteers help us in a variety of ways working with school groups, helping with lectures, greeting guests and helping visitors find their way around the site during programs.  Our programs take place periodically throughout the year and volunteers are welcome to help as often as is convenient.
