With generous support from the Alfred Z. Solomon Foundation, Brookside Museum was able to invest in our collection of Saratoga County artifacts. Our textiles, quilts and clothing will have a new home on the second floor of the building with freshly painted walls, new lighting and new shelving. In preparation for moving back into the space, board members, volunteers and staff assembled and leveled shelves to accommodate the many boxes of artifacts collected over the years since the museum was established at Brookside in 1971. Although this is not a public space, it is exciting to have a safe space for our staff and researchers to access this important part of the Saratoga County history.
