Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Noon the Ballston Spa VFW #358 Color Guard will perform a ceremonial flag raising at the Saratoga County Historical Society at Brookside Museum. The ceremony will include National Anthem played by a member of the Saratoga Springs Youth Orchestra.
Afterwards, the museum will be open until 4 pm. Visitors will be able to have a first look at the new exhibition: “How Silent and Stern This Fate Looms,” an exhibition acknowledging the contributions of Saratoga County residents during WWI and the 1918-1919 Influenza epidemic.
Both the ceremony and admission to the Brookside Museum are free of charge.
