Dear Friends and Members,
As the repository of history for all of Saratoga County, the Saratoga County Historical Society/Brookside Museum would like to express that we are the grateful and honored custodians of the material culture of ALL people who have called Saratoga County their home or place of work.
We are a community-based organization and seek to inclusively preserve, share and educate equally for all who are a part of Saratoga County.
During this time of upheaval we are looking both inwards and outwards to find ways that we can foster healing and community through open discussion, public and school programs, additions to our collections and exhibitions. We see this as a dialogue and a process with many steps and look forward to hearing from you with your suggestions and comments as to how we can better engage with our community.
