George Ward, folklorist and singer, “Canal Balladeer”, will present a program of historical and personal songs and stories reflecting two hundred years of New York State’s canals and their people. Join George on a relaxing Friday night as he takes us back in time through the wistful voices of the past.  His performance will include songs he has performed at folk festivals, in concert halls and coffeehouses, canal side and on tour boats for fifty years.

This event is free to attend but donations are gratefully accepted.
