On Friday August 8th from 11A.M. to 2 P.M. the Education Department here at the Saratoga County History Center will be joining the Turning Point festival this year at the Champlain Canal Region Gateway Visitors Center for Saratoga County Water Works. Families are invited to examine how water was, and continues to be an important natural resource in Saratoga County agriculture, industry, tourism, and everyday life. Participants will explore the importance of water through primary and secondary sources, artifacts, maps, a science experiment, and hands-on fun! This event takes place at the Champlain Canal Region Gateway Center.
