The Saratoga County History Center at Brookside Museum invites the public to America 250: Colonial Herb Gardens—Gardens that Shaped a Nation, an engaging program exploring how herb gardens sustained colonial families and shaped everyday life in early America. Participants will discover the essential roles herbs played in daily life and self-sufficiency during the colonial era. Following the presentation, guests are invited to tour the Ricks Memorial Herb Garden and enjoy light refreshments.
