Chris Carola, retired AP reporter, will present his program “Jack Wilpers of Saratoga Springs: The Man who Captured Tojo.” Carola will tell the story of the capture of the former Japanese Prime Ministry and his persistence in finally interviewing Jack Wilpers about his role in the capture.  This program will be at the Saratoga Springs History Museum at Canfield Casino.
