Longtime local journalist Stephen William will talk about some of the tales that make Saratoga Springs unique, how the $15 billion GlobalFoundries chip plant came to Saratoga County, and how the construction of the Northway has changed the county. He will also sign copies of Off the Northway, a compilation of 83 articles written by Williams from 2005 through 2020 for the Daily Gazette in Schenectady, NY.
